Adventures in renovating for profit is our podcast series to help you if you’re looking to make money from a renovation, investing in property or you just want to update the home you live in.

Planning is an ESSENTIAL part of the renovation process. If you don’t plan your concept, your budget, your processes and your suppliers before you start, you are setting yourself up for disaster!

In this episode we give you a series of tips from us based on our experience renovating properties as well as from experts in their fields like real estate agents – Daniel Acocks from The Agency in Bondi – and builders – Marshal Keen The Bondi Builder and the resident builder from Channel Nine’s Buying Blind – who can help arm you with the information you need to plan your way to success.

In this series we will speak to a number of experts including a mortgage broker about financing a project and an experienced real estate agent about how to find your property and what to do once the renovation is complete.

Here are the episodes in this series :

Episode 1 – How to start a renovation project
